Give me somewhere to go
As I look to the heavens and say “just let me die”
A comforting hand sits on my shoulder
A voice says “hold on just a bit longer”
Never did I hear a voice so sweet
With only this one chance to meet
Take me up there so I can be free
Free from the pressures of life
The sincere voice asks, “what could be so wrong”
It’s almost pain to see
“Give life another chance” he says to me
